Ihop - Kalispell

The staff here are incredibly friendly! The young people working at the restaurant were such a joy—fun, quirky, and delightful! It felt like we were part of the entertainment! (The last three photos are from a Swiss group that came in to wash the red paint off their hands after they used it to create a large symbol on the hood of their truck.) It was an interesting experience, though there were a few less-than-pleasant aspects, particularly with some of the children's areas.

My husband got sick after our visit. The server touched his entire face while taking our order and serving our drinks. We were the only customers there, yet it took an hour for our food to arrive. There were six stands piled with dirty dishes, and a young child was running around both the kitchen and dining area. However, the manager was very apologetic and handled our complaint well.

The restaurant was quite dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The young man at the door should engage more with customers, and they closed around 8 PM on a Saturday night, which felt early. They really need a competent manager!

Eating was good was coffee hot, ambiente wasn't. I have really big eyes with quirky glasses and the layer manager has repeatedly made fun of them on the other servers. - I have a face. I'm embarrassed because of her lack of condition. without ending coffee will not be back.

Had breakfast on our way to Glacier National Park. Extremely friendly staff. Food was great. A little bit of a wait as they were busy but as always was worth it.
