Miki Beautiful Sushi - Westfield Belconnen

Always fresh, quick and easy lunch meal. Many selections of rolls and bento boxes. Can't go past the Beautiful Box!

We tend to have some sushi/sashimi from this little but extremely busy take away stall. They do turn over the food quite rapidly around lunch time so everything is quite fresh. Kid's love the seaweed salad in the new and convenient containers. They are prepackaged in little cryo-vac bags you can rip and pour into the plastic bowl ready to eat. I enjoy the mixed plate!

They do make really yummy sushi at Miki. I especially like their black rice rolls and also appreciate their gluten free options. I do feel like the rolls could be perhaps 10 cents less as they are rather pricey.

I picked up a couple of black rice sushi on Thursday and they were delicious. Sunday was back at the mall and decided to try a few more. We had the tuna with brown rice and it was one of the tastiest sushi rolls I have ever had.

I have purchased sushi from this restaurant (which I believe is the best in Belco mall) many times. They prepare it freshly on site, so you can see the process. The outer layer is not too thick and their rolls are generously filled. One thing to note is that you have to pay extra for the soy sauce, which I didn't realize until my daughter pointed out the small sign. Despite that, I am a frequent customer and this is my go-to place for a quick and convenient meal.
