Pelican Shore Villas Kalbarri

Give us a whole thing when we booked earlier, was terrible 2-storey villa. Pool access Good amenities. Washing machine 4 bed and queen was a lot for the 3 of us cleanser and spacious with outside seat balcony and below. It has its own covered highway. Pool well maintained with easy access Excellent hosts!

Beautiful villa with 2 bedrooms sea view! Beautiful views and everything you need. Tastefully decorated and super clean and comfortable. Near restaurants and beach. Linda was really nice and super helpful. will definitely stay back

We were in number 6 by the sea, which was amazing!! Modern, clean and huge unit with the best view of the ocean of all time! Literally a minute walk to the beach, river entrance or city. Well maintained resort, we loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Have stayed a few times now. These villas are great if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation that is pet friendly. The villas are located close to the mouth of the Murchison River towards the southern route in and out of Kalbarri. They are a few hundred metres walk from the centre of town. They are clean and spacious and perfect for families or groups. They are reasonably well equipped in terms of towels, bedding, kitchenware, washing machine, bbq, dining tables and chairs etc. The kitchen has the bare minimum in terms of crockery and cutlery, i.e. you need to bring your own cooking oil, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, tinfoil etc. There is reverse cycle heating and cooling. Although the villas and furnishings are starting to look a little dated, everything is clean and functional. Check in is easy. If you are checking in after hours: make sure you call ahead so that they can leave the keys in a locked box for you. If you have a small dog that likes to escape: we have stayed in two different villas and our dog was able to escape on multiple occasions from both villas. This isn’t such an issue if you have a larger dog. There’s plenty of parking if you have more than one vehicle or boat.

Our villa had a great location with a view of the ocean. It was spacious and a good size for party of 4 adults and one child. Everywhere was very clean nice crisp white sheets on the beds and seemed to have a new or unused (till now! oven and microwave in the kitchen. Just stayed 2 nights on our journey to Coral Bay from Perth and didnt have any time or inclination to use the facilities on the complex. Glad of the wifi though!
