Wendy's - Kalamazoo

I have given this wendys a dozen chances, my order is usually not correct, it has happened the last few times that I have not said anything because many male mistakes happen. the dinner crew cannot be harassed and if they ask for something extra ie: serviettes, straw or salt it is meant with a sigh and an eye roll. To be honest, go to the wendy’s on the centre street. much better customer service and quality.

The breakfast crew here is great, but this is where it stops. I never mean to go to dinner here. loved here for a year now and have made 2 travel. for the first time, they gave me orders from someone else I called back, they tell me that they come back for the right food I did. in the future I sat 15 minutes in the lobby without a single employee who told me after another 15 that we are sorry that we cannot fix our mistake and we cannot refund it. ok 1 year boycott so here 1 year later we try again. I order after ordering a 4 for 4 and 5 $ biggie bag. after home have only 2 false drinks and 2 orders from nuggets. again we call back and the person on the phone was rudely sighing and said well that they can come back if they want to eat her and I guess I will.

I work on the road from the wendy’s on the 9th road and want to give them rides! they give the best customer service! they have the best crew and everyone always works fast to help each individual customer in or in the drive through.

I usually never write reviews, but the service and eating today when I came to lunch was excellent. all smiled and fast and efficient

The Wendy’s is run by an incompetent manager who clearly has no interest in doing his job. He wouldn’t provide his or his general managers name at 5:25pm July 27 2022. This Wendy’s has just lost out on a $40 order today and many more orders in the future from a very large family. Disrespect and lack of care and training are not acceptable for management and the fact the man is allowed to work in the store at all is a mystery forget about the fact he’s even a manager this store is simply PATHETIC. They charged us $40 and refused to give either the food or money back.
