Wendy's - Kalamazoo

This wendy is terrible. the personal was not friendly, gave us stinking eye when we asked for ketchup. no fork with the baconator fries, no spoon with the frosty, no salat on any sandwich. the burger was dry, the huh was hard, the fries were cold.

The tables were not cleaned, the personal was loud. the person who took the order went back and treated our eating without washing hands. a personal was in the food preparation zone

I didn't take care of myself and my partner anymore. they had completely forgotten our order when we were the only ones who came in. not on the look for a clean table to eat, there is no. I wanted to ask for sauce (again because I didn't get it for the first time) and waited for the cash back. his handy ranked on the table sat through the register. he came back to check his phone right in front of me, and did not make any recognition that I was standing there. I have quite low standards when it comes to almost food facilities, but this was quite disappointing.

Tonight at 1030 they were closed. the second time this happened. google says midnight- all the lights are up and the place is full of personal. someone has to keep someone in the loop because it gets old. it was able to eat once at 15 o'clock and it was fired. apparently, this is the trick, because the nightwaff put it off early. at least steak and shake is next door.

Just curious if management has any idea what happens at this restaurant late at night?? The restaurant is lit up like a Christmas tree, including drive thru. I can see people moving around inside, and yet car after car after car are not being responded to or having their orders taken in the drive thru. It is 10:50pm and I have watched at least 35 cars pull up within the last 30 minutes to order and then leave because they were not waited on. Man! They are losing so much money because of lazy staff. Website says the drive thru is open until midnight. It isn’t.
