Subway - Kalamazoo

My friend and I used a coupon at this restaurant, but we were disappointed with our experience. They only gave us half the amount of meat on our sandwich because of the coupon, and when we asked for more meat, they said it would be an extra charge. As a result of the discount from the coupon, they did not provide the full amount of meat. We bought three sandwiches in total, and unfortunately, all three of us who ate them became sick for two days afterwards.

The staff at this restaurant seem to be unaware of the importance of changing their gloves. My fiancé and I observed both a male and female employee handling various sandwiches, including tuna, without changing their gloves. If you have allergies, it is best to avoid eating here as it seems that customer health and safety are not a priority.

Horrible service. Got extremely mad and argumentative about a simple doordash order they didnt recieve.

Do not go to this subway. I am a WMU student and I have been religiously living off of subway for almost 2 Years. I usually get my sandwiches from the on-campus location, from which I've never really had problems. But i tried the subway off W. Michigan and I've never seen a sandwich maker be so stingy with ingredients. I had to spit out several of my first and final bites because they were NOTHING but bread on the ends, extremely dry and chewy, 0 nutrition or vegetables until I got until they very middle! Absolutely not worth my money. If i wanted to eat a plain baguette i would have gone and got one. Do not go to this subway location unless you really want to remain hungry after buying a $9 sandwich. Smh

The staff is so disrespectful. I visit that place three times. They started laughing at me and speaking in the Indian language.
