Starbucks - Kalamazoo

I hate this place, they're never there, when they are, they're going through the drive and lock the doors. I'm working next door, so they told me I'm sorry you got to get in your car and drive through the drive. they served me an old coffee! just go a few steps on the road. this place should be closed, ughhh hate her! Always closed or closing down order ahead. There’s someone in the store telling ppl they are closed. Why are you even in the store then? You’re literally getting paid to do nothing, may as well make a couple drinks even if it takes longer to get through the line. Otherwise go home.

The better of the starbucks in the greater Kalamazoo area.

Polite, fast and they had in stock everything to make my drinks. Even when the drive-thru line is long they are fast.??

Usual Starbucks, fast friendly service and they have puppa-chinos ?
