Pizza Hut - Kalamazoo

I never got my order. I ordered at east time, and from now on I did not receive. no phone call through pizza hut that attacks me. I called and they said it was on the way, very disappointed by the determination.

I had placed an order online and they cancelled my order. I understand they were closing soon and I missed their call, but why was I still able to place an order at if they were closing? and when we went to pick it up the doors were locked and we were notified that our order was cancelled. Still have not received a refund, assuming I will be refunded today.

The pizza was ready when we could pick them up, the restaurant was clean, the man in the register was friendly. the Cinnabon reels were not very good, but I don't think this is a reflection of the staff or restaurants.

The sweet chili wings were delicious, pizza was good, and chessebred was moderate.

Faster delivery. I understand it's snowing, but I'm right on the street. less than minutes away. they needed almost hours to deliver my food when the estimated time was an hour and minutes. the food was cold until time. disappointed and wasted money.
