Panera Bread - Kalamazoo

Love panera. kurbside is not good at this situation. paid and tipped extra for the curbside, waited 20 minutes after the order was completed and ended with going to get my food. on a positive note, everything was good delish. they only need a better process for the crash.

I can't say anything particularly negative about this place, except the fact that panera was generally better. the last several times I have eaten here (all steadfast) I was really disappointed about food quality, especially for what the cost is. the proportions are becoming smaller and the prices are getting bigger and bigger, I understand that the inflation is really now, but I also think that the quality should be at least there when they pay more. the last few sandwiches I had from this location either only a few toppings, or the sandwiches were very unorderly assembled. they also do not offer many of the menu items that were very good five or ten years ago, which is very disappointing. I have tried to come back a few times, hoping that I would be as happy as I previously had eaten here and every time I am more and more disappointed. Not sure who is responsible for marketing or change the menu items, but definitiv a real downer for me, I feel like it was almost glorified almost food now, instead of the fresh bakery caffe earlier.

It was terrible that there was not tasted like wilderness or chicken noodle said that there was no season on there were very bad professional people working the manager did not care about my care, I asked for a wild rice and chicken soup then another dish wild rice from themselves right and they accused me $2.50 for extra brot, where they do that at and they did not care about me

We wanted to order breakfast and eat outside. the manager informed us that she is too short to work the sunshades for sunshade. asta la vista! dieucks has a place!

My salad was missing ingredients, I got no side at all, and the dressing cups were not even a quater way filled up. You could just give me one w more dressing. Super lame, waisting plastic and not giving me what i paid for
