I ordered 2 crazy breads through the app at 5:30 pm and received a notification that they were ready at 6:01 pm. When I went to pick them up and entered the code, an empty slot opened up. I informed the worker about the issue but he rudely insisted that the order wasn't ready. Despite showing him the code, he continued to argue that it wasn't prepared. Other customers also complained about their orders not being ready. After waiting for 14 minutes, my order still hadn't arrived. The workers seem stressed and unhappy, with two customers even returning because their orders were incorrect. I would not recommend going to this restaurant.
This was my fourth visit to this restaurant in the past month, but I have been disappointed on three occasions as they did not have any Hot N Ready Pizzas available. I had to specifically ask if they could make one for me, which took 10-15 minutes. Today, I attempted to order the Hot N Ready 4-8pm Call of Duty Combo at 5:38, only to be informed after receiving my receipt that it was not ready and I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes. I had previously stopped coming to this establishment in July when they refused to make a pizza for me at 7:28, even though they were still open until 8. I have submitted several complaints regarding the website of Little Caesars, but the owner has yet to address them. What is the purpose of advertising a Hot N Ready pizza if it is not actually ready when customers order it?
The corporate office should hire more employees as the ones currently working are putting in a lot of effort, but there are only three staff members working for the evening shift. It is not fair to mistreat customers in this way. One particular customer was causing a scene over whether his pizza was cut or uncut, which was unnecessary during the busy dinner rush. The customer should have considered the situation before escalating it and berating the hardworking and patient manager and employee.
For the first time I ordered a pizza and they said it was a 20-minute waiting period. I saw a dozen people order the same pizza and immediately got it. After I put it on the server, the server said: Oh, we should have given it to you right now. Today they are stopped 30 minutes earlier than the posted time. These are the worst little Caesars, please.
I went to little Ceasars today no one was wearing gloves except the lady in back filling sauce into buckets. The young lady up front was busy playing with her braids getting people their pizza while doing so. It grossed me out I wont go back there again. They told me its not a requirement to wear gloves and I said I'll be calling the health department to find out.
