Hungry Howie's Pizza - Kalamazoo

Called to order pizza on 2/16. What a nightmare the guy that took the order could not understand English to save his life. Told him three times no olives cause the kids are allergic to them. Still got olives on the pizza. Even got my zip code wrong as well as our name. Hungry Howies is out sourcing calls. Asked the Associate at the store about the guy, she told us that they have had a few complaints form other people. We will not be back.

This was best calzone I've gotten here in forever crispy crust extra parmesan definitely going make me come back again soon!

Since there's no delivery driver, I just went ahead and ordered curbside. I had 2 hit the I'm here button twice. After 15 mins, I had to go inside and get my own pizza. Apparently they can roll up rugs and stand there on their phone instead of bringing food outside, only saying what I saw.

We order from this location often. So dissatisfied this time. Ordered at 6:25 and it was said 40 minutes, grant it I know that is an estimate. Our pizza rolled up at five minutes to 8. Thought cool at least it should be hot. Wrong again, Luke warm at best and they forgot the garlic herb crust. I certainly will think twice about their delivery.

Staff is awesome. Order was stuck in processing, they made everything just perfect. Minimal wait, and had my order hot and fresh. Always a good go to when you want pizza simple and fast. A !
