Crafty Crab Kalamazoo

Honestly I’m not sure why this place isn’t always packed! Every time we’ve been there we are so pleasantly surprised by the food, atmosphere, and especially the service. Jeanette is usually our server and she is so friendly and helpful. I don’t know what they put in their special sauce but it is so delicious I can’t get enough of it! The presentation of the meal is really cool. We usually get snow crab or dungeness and it comes in a steam bag full of crab legs, shrimp, sausage, boiled egg, corn on the cob, and whole potatoes. Everything is soaking in this delicious sauce. I quickly dive in and after I come out of my fugue state, I check to make sure I have all of my fingers still and realize I am covered in sauce and completely full, content, and need a nap. FYI the bibs and gloves they provide are a must!!

Food was decent but I gave this five stars because my waitress Tae gave the best customer service I’ve ever had as a patron of any company. Her attitude and enthusiasm was very appreciated. My meal was $50 and I think I tipped her the same or a little less than the meal. Excellent customer service. Food was delicious but if you had one crab boil you’ve had them all… I recommend the “All You Can Eat” for about $45…

Messed up on the bill and the order. White rice was crunchy.

Drove all the way there Because they said they were open. they were closed and threw away the food. Very disappointed.

The 1 lb of Crab legs was delicious. They boil them in a secret sauce with corn on the cob and potatoes. Something you've never tasted before.They have $5 daily cocktails. Today was a Peach Sangria. Wonderful.
