Biggby Coffee - Kalamazoo

This is the best coffee shop I have ever been too. Their customer service is top notch. This is my happy place. Yesterday I messed up my order and they were so nice. Definitely recommend over Starbucks.

My Granddaughter and I stop at this location all the time. They have the best team there. They are always so nice and polite.

I truly enjoy the Biggby location with three fantastic staff members. Every time I visit, they greet me with smiles and engaging conversations, checking in on how I'm doing and what's new in my life. They're simply wonderful. I will always return to see my favorite baristas!

My cousin and I often go there and they're always so nice to us... We have a girl not know her name) she is our favorite!!! She knows our order before we even get into the register
