Domino's Pizza - Kākināda

Bill payment machines are not working properly, we waited for long time to get bill reciepts. Staff is good.

The store is very nice everything is outstanding. But only restrooms are not fine it is not clean and there is only one restroom. Guys just need to improve the restrooms. If you improve your restrooms this store will get a 5 star. Just restrooms were not fine that's why I gave it three star to the atmosphere. But overall your store is outstanding.

Extremely unprofessional staff.Without having proper communication among themselves,they call customers ans disturb them regarding payment even after the payment is done..Rude and completely impolite.. Toppings are always incomplete..and when a complaint is placed,their replacements are unsatisfactory and their behaviour towards customers is disrespectful,impolite,rude and unfair..Deliveries are always late..They make unfair negotiations with the customers when an official complaint is raised against them..They call customers and ask regarding the concern Thats raised and are unapologetic.. Dissapponted with theb staff‘s unproefessional and rude demeanor..

Rude, unprofessional staff..when a concern a placed ,not only are they unapologetic,they behave as if they are bestowing upon with some favour sending a replacement pizza.. Not at all polite with the calls..Zero professionalism whatsoever..No respect while attending the calls..Feedback team is pathetic..always messing up with the toppings..Pizza is never perfect..and when a concern is raised,the feedback is unsatisfactory and they call again to call back regarding the feedback and are rude..Staff is inexperienced,rude and unprofessional and not at all polite..Very disappointing…

Pizza taste is very good. Quite and clean place. But have to improve taste because taste is a bit lower than expected. Not up to the mark. I visited this place so many times but only once this happened.
