Pizzeria Firenze - Kaiserslautern

Best Italian restaurant in town. Good food, good service. Please make sure you have a reservation.

We always go the bar right next door and the food always smells so good. So one night we finally tried it. It was busy, typical for a Friday night. No problem. Once we sat we waited maybe 20 minutes to even place our drink order. We contemplated leaving and then the guy finally came. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. Just out of curiosity I started my timer. 12 minutes later we got beer...14 minutes after that we got our garlic bread...54 minutes go by and we get our food. The food was good! I got the spaghetti arrabiata (however you spell it) and it really was good. But not worth he wait. The final straw and the main reason I'm writing this is when I went to pay the owner did NOT offer my change. Just took for granted I was going to tip, said thanks and tschüss'd off! No matter how good the food is I will never come back here nor recommend this place.

We were too late, so I can only rate the pizza. everything else was said to us there is no more about this time (13:45). the pizza was good, no more and no less. service was friendly. we had the impression they wanted to make dinner soon.

Pizza, pasta, salads, meat and fish as well as really good Italian weine are worth it again and again, for me one of the best Italians in the region.Tip: table reservation otherwise sometimes becomes difficult

All again super...the firenze has repeatedly not disappointed...all the way it should be...the food delicious...the service very friendly and accommodating...more so...until next time.
