Taco Bell - Kailua-Kona

Out of the four times I visited, half the time they gave me the wrong order. I wouldn't mind if it was something of similar value, but I received chips instead of a kalua pig power bowl today. It was disappointing. Make sure to double check your order and not just the quantity when dining at this place.

The food at this restaurant was amazing. It was even better than in Hilo. However, the employees seemed to be very young and inexperienced. Despite the long line of 10 cars, they managed to get through quickly. I was grateful to be able to enjoy the taco. Thank you.

I needed something shortly before I went to buy an empty one and bought something like a picking pork lips because it sounded good at the time because I was hungry. I have a taco super, it was wonderful as usual!

Yesterday for the take. I wait in the inner after the person before me who got her command. was asked by a female worker if I already put an order, but I did not do it and told her I wanted to order now I was told only can order the app or running gear thru. I found it interesting because I went there two days earlier and was able to place my order with the same female worker. Oh, you don't know what changed in two days. they will not be happy if they don't have a car or don't use their app. well, I just had to go over the street to burger king (where they can go in and order without necessary app) to get my lunch and go back to my hotel.

Fast food that is closed at 5pm on a Sunday. I mean, c'mon. KFC nearby had a line out to the street- so the market is there. Maybe staffing issues?
