Coffee drinks were OK. I left thinking I had unintentionally offended the guy working as he was extremely rude. Turned the music up very loud before I ordered. Was snappy with every question we asked. I left and asked my wife what did I do to tick that guy off? . Was relieved to see that it wasn 't just me and that the guy is just a miserable human being. Don 't know how you can be so miserable being on the ocean on hawaii.Dude did have good music taste though.
Never again. The shop owner was extremely rude. We walked in, no one else was there and stood back as we looked at the menu. Husband complimented saying there was so much to choose from and the guys says well I 've got alot of stuff to do turns the music up and practically ignores us. I ask about a drink thats pictured on his wall and he very rudely says I can make it but I 'm gonna go ahead and tell you it don 't look like that ... Very smart and hateful demeanor towards my daughter as she was deciding on her icecream. Then pulls out instant coffee packets to make our drinks. It really felt like we had done something wrong or that he was miserable the entire time. If you hate people this much then maybe you should just close up shop. Literally the most obviously hateful experience I have ever been treated by a business in my life. I recommend going ANYWHERE else!
Lamest hotdog ever ??? I had better hotdog in Australia, I thought AMERICA was THE hotdog place.
WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE!!My brother, cousin, and I had a craving for ice cream and went to this location because of its proximity to urban Kailua-Kona. We had a sad experience. Not only was the ice cream and shaved ice sub-par but so was the customer service. My brother paid for our ice cream without me noticing. I then go to pay and the guy proceeds to charge me for all three orders. My brother noticed that I was paying and stopped the transaction. The employee simply looked at us with a dead look in his eyes without saying a word.The employee that was working at 7:30 PM (12/23/21) should be fired without hesitation. Not only did he give us slow service but I believe he is simply a bad person for attempting to charge us twice without apology.
