Hawai‘ian Ice Cones - Kailua-Kona

Great ice cream and shaved ice. We got 2 rainbow shaved ices with banana ice cream in the middle. Kids loved it so we got 2. Good bubble tea too.

I ordered a shake with extra toppings today, but the lady was very rude and said it was too late to add them. The drink also had too much ice and not enough syrup, with the bottom half just being ice.

I will never return to this restaurant again. The rice dish was drowned in syrup and the smoothies were flavorless. I would recommend going to a different restaurant, as I was disappointed with my experience here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The previous staff were much more pleasant and provided better customer service. Upon entering, the older worker I approached to order seemed uninterested and had a sassy attitude. When two younger customers approached to order, the worker's attitude suddenly changed. I decided to leave, as it was clear they were treating us differently. It was disappointing to see such a stark difference in treatment. I hope the manager is aware of this issue and addresses it to maintain the reputation of the business.
