Dino's Gourmet Food Truck - Kahului

I ordered the paella for my mother, but felt obliged to try it because, as well dino said it would be, and the man is true to his word! not only was the paella creamy and soft and simply wonderful to eat, but the owner is so friendly! very recommended! c:

Dino is a one-man show that he does everything! very friendly, very passionate about eating. he has crumbled in pots before his truck and will cut her pro customer fresh for her dishes, I have never seen before that is fabulous. reminds them to be careful and not shake their food because they are very sad that they leave some bites behind, and that curcuma and saffron are very coloring. it shows that it is important to him! I ordered the garnelenpaella and the Greek frappe. the frappe was not what I expected allah dieucks it is room temperature and has a very thick layer foam above. delicious! if I eat the paella I will continue! paella is wonderful! so tastefully filled until the cream of the plate. garnel is perfectly boiled brokkoli is fresh and the fresh crumbs as mentioned above only beautiful! I'm back! it's not a traditional Spanish paella, they're similar, but with a little Greek swirl! I love it when chefs become kreatiw as it is adventurous with their eating. love it!

Dinos eating is amazing. we got the fish gyro and it was so fresh, with handmade pita and hand-cut fries, plentiful greens, perfect balance of taste. we saw him a burger for another customer with so delicate care. his truck may not look so much from the outside, but I'm so glad we're stumbled in it!
