Bistro Casanova - Kahului

Excellent food and service. We forgot to take photos but the ravioli was fantastic...I had it with lemon butter sauce instead of tomato sauce. Meat balls, linguini with chicken snd the chicken sandwich were all hits. Iced tea was fresh brewed and strong, and the cream brûlée was perfection. The value was perfect. Couldn't have been happier.

First time there, great experience! The food was sensational and Edward our waiter was top notch!! He is a professional waiter, he knew his stuff and had such a great attitude. The Mango margarita was terrific. We will be back!!

Ordered their fresh catch, recommended by our waitress. A snapper (which I had never heard of before! and it was excellent! Very impressed with the lunch offerings...we have had many dinners and happy hours there, but am now a huge fan of their lunch offerings as well! Was also pleasantly surprised and grateful for their percentage contributions to benefit Wildfire Recovery efforts when we dined there on the 8th. Bravo.

I think the food at bistro Casanova and the service is very good. We had a delicious meal, including the Wailea sandwich which is lobster salad, avocado, and bacon bits on a brioche bun. With a small Caesar salad. The only issue that came up was in regards to the OpenTable reward that I had received from OpenTable and wanted to use at the restaurant. There's so much technology involved for the restaurant to be able to deduct $10 off the bill for my dining reward, that in the end, I wasn't able to use the e-credit. Be careful with these. We do all the work booking our own reservations but honestly I wonder if having this reward system only benefits everyone but us! Just a consumer perspective.

Overall very good. My dining companion was unable to get bacon on his lobster roll, which means someone dropped the ball in the ordering department My shrimp with angel hair pasta was almost excellent but next time I know to order the pasta al dente.Betty was a friendly and efficient server The bourbon smash could have had more bourbon in them but tasted very good. Nice and quiet-we were able to hear each other speak and we would go back. Mahalo
