Contribuiți la feedback黒豚しゃぶしゃぶを楽しみました。一人でも気軽に鍋料理を味わえるのが良いです。肉を一枚ずつしゃぶしゃぶしようとしましたが、くっついてしまって上手くいきませんでした。鍋が終わった後は雑炊にしてもらいました。平日限定のサービス(ドリンク+アイス)は現在はやっていないようです。
Very friendly staff, asked about how to eat Shabu shabu in simple japanese and the staff patiently explained to me. The vege was super fresh and the kurobuta (Black pig) was delicious. The soup is made of fish broth and towards the end, they will make a porridge with the left over soup. Recommended for kurobuta Katsu too. This is found in station level 2.

鹿児島中央駅構内のレストラン街にあるレストランの一つで、主に給仕される料理はトンカツや豚肉のしゃぶしゃぶです(しゃぶしゃぶは夜間のみ)。 比較的空いている時間帯に利用したため、スタッフの動きにも余裕があり、質の高い接客対応でしたが、主に昼食時間帯の混雑した時間帯の場合、接客に忙しくなり、注文や給仕の質・スピードがやや悪くなるかもしれません。それでも基本的に接客の質が高いため、必要に応じて客が座りやすい座椅子を用意したり食べきれないトンカツをパックに詰めたりもしてくれます。 給仕されるトンカツは、肉質が一般的なトンカツと比べると柔らかく拵えられていますが、肉の厚さや衣の厚さ、揚げ具合等は一般的なトンカツレストランとあまり遜色ありません。目的の新幹線や空港へ向かう際の高速バスを待ち合うために利用するレストランの一つとして捉えた方がいいかと思います。 This is one of the restaurants in the restaurant area of Kagoshima Chuo Station, and the main dishes served are pork cutlets and pork shabu-shabu (shabu-shabu is only available at night). It's best to consider it as one of the restaurants to use when waiting for an express bus to take you to your destination, such as the Shinkansen or the airport.
