Dunkin' - Kadesh

My order was NOT correct. Ordered ice tea, looks more like ginger ale.

Arrived in the first thing I see is an employee in the parking lot smoking weed while sitting on her boyfriend’s lap in the car. Door wide open. I get personal lives but don’t look at a customer crazy when they are trying to park. In you’re too busy down your boyfriend’s throat to move while on the clock. Next the inside smells like sewer back up. Lobby was dirty. The place stunk. The other ladies that were actually working inside seemed sweet. Other than that did not want to try the food here. Doesn’t look like regular cleaning gets done.

Drove to Alabama for an interview and was hungry on my way back to Atlanta. Decided to stop at this Dunkin. I was not disappointed. The Associate was so kind. Though they had only one biscuit left, she made sure it was warm for me. The Latte and the Avocado Toast are to die for.

I visit this location frequently because of the wonderful staff here. They work and communicate well together to ensure the accuracy (even with customizations) and promptness of each order, and to provide exceptional customer service. I have yet to have a bad experience. ?

I ordered an iced latte and a Boston Cream donut. The lady that took my order asked me what flavor latte I wanted, but I was unfamiliar with their options (my first time ordering Dunkin' coffee), so I told her to choose. She gave me a cinnamon latte and it was amazing!! Friendly staff all around and delicious coffee and donuts. Thank you, ladies!! Also, the inside was very clean and tidy. I was really impressed!
