Original Sokos Alexandra - Jyvaeskylae

Breakfast was poor compared to other Sokos hotels. The scrambled egg was the worst egg-based dish I have ever seen. Power outlets in the room were poorly located and the TV chromecast feature didn 't work.

Stayed here during a tour for WRc Rally Finland. They arranged early breakfasts during the event but strangely closed the JaLo Bistro on the Sunday night but plenty of choice of eating places nearby plus the hotel main restaurant. Good food.

First time to visit this group hotels...from long time to visit Finland . 1.07 as receptionist told full book, to show economic room 175€, its so far to go. But was try recommend standard room for 225€!!! 225€!! When you ate traveling, you tired, so no mood go and see anather place. Results and disappointment was after. Room was dirty, broke robe with hole, and different pillows. So next time I will choose simple middle hotels to support small business not capital.

Overall quite good, basically what you would expect from any Sokos. Although the king bed was simply two twins pushed together, which is obviously not a real king bed. The sauna department had very crammed changing room and there were black mold between the tiles. Sauna itself was good though. Breakfast and customer service was splendid!

Hotel is in good location and the service was polite. However, our room (Superior King) has some dust in the room and when we complained about it to the reception, nothing was done even though cleaners visited our room after it. Also, when we asked about children's potty to our room we were promised that it could be delivered however it were not. Breakfast were normal, nothing special and pretty crowded during weekdays.
