Happy Bowl Chinese Food - Jurupa Valley

We both ended up feeling unwell shortly after barely eating at this restaurant. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and I have to say, this place has changed a lot. We used to come here frequently, and the previous lady who served us was always so kind. Now there’s a new person who struggles to understand our orders, so we had to repeat ourselves quite a bit, which wasn't too frustrating. However, the food quality has seriously declined. My boyfriend forced himself to eat a quarter of his meal just to avoid wasting it, while I couldn’t bring myself to eat mine at all. The beef in the broccoli and beef dish tasted sour and seemed off, and the barbecue pork was soggy instead of crispy—it felt undercooked or possibly not even pork. We tried to figure out what it was. I'm really disappointed because we used to love this place, but I'm not sure if it’s due to a new cook or new owners. I really hope they can turn things around.

I have been visiting this restaurant for years, and I truly adore it! The owner is always incredibly kind, and the food is fantastic with generous portions. I usually order the wonton soup, and I often call ahead since it’s made fresh, which takes about 10-15 minutes, but it’s definitely worth the wait! If you’re in search of high-quality Chinese cuisine, I highly recommend this hidden gem.

I always come to this restaurant and eat the meal, it is very delicious. The manager and the chief are very friendly, they service me carefully and sometimes they give me the cookie like the gift, I very love this restaurant

I really liked their dishes and customer service, excellent location nearby to where I live. The workers are always nice. Highly recommended.
