IHOP JURIQUILLA

Don't get me wrong, I love IHOP restaurants! However, this one has the worst service I've had in one. The first time I went it was crowded. That's not the problem, the problem was that the waiter forgot every single thing we ordered. I gave...it another chance and returned when it was not full and the same, the waitress forgot everything and, apart from that, my food was not as it was described in the menu. Bad, bad place to go... Sad, I was really thrilled I had an IHOP so close to my house...

While the pictures in the menu look great, the servings differ a lot; tasteless and cold were the characteristics of all our plates. Not that we expected a 5-star place, but at least the minimum quality should be delivered.

Similar to usa, the ihop concept here in Mexico is delicious. i always order breakfast sampler, similar stands as USA, freat orsnge juices, and delicious hot cakes. here offers lunch and dinner. Sandwiches and other things. Sunday came earlier to avoid waiting times in...line.

The food is okay, but the high prices are not worth it. Pancakes are dry and bland. Hamburgers are not bad, very limited selection of drinks. All in all, the place is clean and comfortable and they have internet access at 15mb.

We love every other IHop we've visited but this one is bizarre. We've gone there three times thinking that the previous visits were on a bad day and it would be better it never did. Lots of rude employees standing around doing nothing while...the place is dirty, customers waiting for service. They can't even get pancakes right ours were at least two days old. No wonder the place is almost empty now.
