I ordered to take out and I haven't got to the hotel yet BUT I was so pleased by ADAM, the guy who served my order. He was extremely polite, kind and very professional. Took all measures (gloves, mask). Really surprised by this place, very clean. I hope the punch and quesadillas are good as well. Thank you so much Adam.

The morning crew is the best. I don't know their names but the manager is nice and they both are quick with making orders. They make my island green w/ blueberry soooo good! Great location if u need something quick in the morning.

Staff is friendly fast service every time. Nice and clean unlike other locations that ive been to and found bugs in my smoothie. Hands down best location.

This place is literally the best! If your in the neighborhood and want to try a healthier option for breakfast lunch or dinner give them a try you won’t be disappointed. The cashier was so nice and helpful. And I was very surprised how fast my order was ready! I even talked to the manager who was also great i told them what a great job the girl who helped me was doing. I also see they were renovated recently it looks so good in here now like wow! The restaurant was so clean and everything was just laid out so perfect. The restroom was very clean as well which was surprising considering the amount of people that were there. Overall all the employees were some of the nicest I’ve come across and seemed to genuinely care about you and making your order perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to any and all. The Bahama mama they recommended for me was awesome and the chicken bacon ranch was excellent. The price is a great value as they told me I can upgrade to a combo. Thank you tropical smoothie for the awesome experience and I will be back!!

I am very disappointed in this institution. Today I ordered a smoothie and a Quesadilla and when I received the order, it was not the right smoothie. I called and spoke to Cindy and she was kind and offered me to make a new one and I could pick him up after work. Now I went back to my office and went to eat my queen and that was WRONG. I called and spoke to Cindy again and she said she would regain the whole order, I even told her I would bring everything back to show that I am truly. She said it was done by 3:30. Now I went back at 3:35 after I came out of work and no order was ready. I wasn't mad at Cindy for it, but the two men who worked told me they could just take back my smoothie as they were new and don't know how to make food. This is unacceptable to me. If you have employees on shift at this exact moment (and the restaurant was packed), they can not only make SHOULD smooth. I asked for a manager and was told he was in the facility within the next twenty minutes. I'm sorry, but that didn't work for me because I had a class in the next fifteen minutes. So here I am from $20 from the smoothie and quesadilla I ordered and never get the right or complete order. I ask a manager at this facility to get a refund because I didn't get everything I paid, and I even brought back the wrong items to show. This whole experience has brought me to tell my whole job what happened so that they are not to be ordered from here to the front and we literally order very often from there. Again, I'm not mad at the original person I talked to because she was kind enough to remake it, but I'm more annoyed with the fact that you two new employees work alone without supervision or how to make food when your facility was expected with customers together with a customer what you were promised. I look forward to a manager or owner contacting me via my refund.
