Sal's Italian - Jupiter

We ordered a New York pizza for takeout and specifically requested that it be cooked well and topped with extra sauce. What we ended up with was a half-finished pizza that was so wet and soggy that the grease soaked through the cardboard and stained our table. There was barely any sauce, and the pepperoni was missing as well. I'm not sure what went wrong, because the last time we visited, the pizza was excellent. We won't be returning to this restaurant.

I placed an online order for my employees totaling $112. They called to inform me that they didn't have a delivery van. I understand that issues can arise, but it's important to communicate with customers and be polite. Unfortunately, I missed their call, and when I tried calling back at least six times, I was put on hold each time. Eventually, I managed to get through after a 10-minute wait. I explained that I couldn't pick up the order myself, and they just hung up on me! I really hope they will refund my money!

Franco is the best chef ever! We ordered a grilled chicken panini and my wife's favorite salad, which has now become my favorite salad too—AMAZING! Wow, it was incredible. Thanks, Franco! - Sandy and Ryan

The food was delicious!! Franco(I think the owner was not sure) was so helpful and made us feel at home! Great place to go with family, or just friends, or even a nice date beautiful. Very accommodating. Great atmosphere. You really need to check this place. Please try the Pasta Fagilo soup!!
