Nina's Fresh Bakery - Jupiter

Not exactly what I expected, as a random passerby robbed a bakery shop after I had just tried the coffee shop at the end of the plaza on the look for a baked or a kind of dessert to take with me. the choice was in the ground cupcakes of different aromen come in two sizes, and brownies. it seems they are really more so a place to go if they want a custom cake for a event. the brownie was very good and service friendly and helpful to bring me to a selection.

I ordered my husband's birthday cake from Nina this year and was so happy and impressed by not only the cake but her customer service. In the past, the cakes have gone unleashed with most of our adult parties. Every bite was eaten this year. It was a carrot cake and it was so good. We ordered cakes from everywhere and never was impressed. In the future we will definitely order from Nina again.

I ordered by Nina's Bakery to surprise a friend with a cake for her birthday. We brought the cake to a local restaurant and they wanted to place it for us. I ordered Strawberry shortcake because that's what my friends are favorite cakes. I took the cake that day, the same day we would cut it and eat it. I was very disappointed with this cake. We barely ate it and threw the rest out. Especially it was hard. You can see how hard it is from me to balance our glass on it. Secondly, for a strawberry shortcake there was like a strawberry in all the cake! You can see very little strawberries that are not present. The icing job on the cake was badly done as there were many bubbles inside the icing, suggesting that the icing was not enough when it was made. It was also American buttercream that would not have been my complaint if there were no other questions. (Culinary Arts graduate in baking and pastries here) Finally, there are dark spots scattered through the sponge, as seen in the pictures. Not sure where all the positive reviews come, unless it was a very strange day for them, but I will definitely order elsewhere in the future.

Ridiculously Excellent!! Like one of those cool bakeries you see on the Food channel, but this is the real deal. Cupcakes are amazing only had the cookies and cream one so far, but knocked it out of the park. Beautiful presentation and amazing flavors. Dangerous...

Hello, I have never purchased an item from your establishment. However upon seeing the owner on Baking Impossible I became curious. After reading several reviews my curiosity has left the room. I was really disappointed to read the establishment responses to the negative reviews.Not once did the bakery take ownership of the problem…but instead redirected problem on to the client.
