Wish i could give a better review as i have enjoyed Dairy Queens all my life but this visit was not a good experience. Dairy Queens are a community meeting spot. You might say its all about the ice cream but i say the experience matters if you eat in the store. The store is small and cramped and is located in a shopping mall. It could be a nice place to visit based on location but the staff are not friendly and dont seem well trained which is probably the result of poor management. Too many fast food places leave teend to work alone with little training. Poor customer service. Bathroom was ok and parking ample. Employees did not promote specials like the $5 and $6 dollar all day lunch although one did offer a free sundae as she did not know how to change an order. Chicken strips ok but fried seemed over cooked. Can not recommend.
