Seevice was great, but they were understaffed.... waited over an hour for our food once it was ordered... party of 14

Very friendly and clean chili’s! as we are on the way, on this beautiful Saturday night we have decided to stop somewhere and have a short dinner. why not a good old chili!? great service that was eating delicious without complaining at all! many thanks for a handy, reliable Chilis location! will recommend def to those while in the opposite! thank you.

Mike, the manager, was extremely understanding and reasonable when I spoke to him about an issue I had with the Chili's website (I ordered online and did curbside pickup, with a hidden $6 gratuity fee). He took my information down, ensured I would receive a refund to my card, and even went as far to say he would contact corporate to relay my issue and complaint.Oh, yeah, and the food was great too.

Would give 0 if possible but have to put 1 by defaultCame in at noon on a Monday with a party of 5 and no one acknowledged that we came inThe restaurant only had a handful of people seated and all the employees in the backI took it upon myself to grab the menus and seat ourselves5 minutes then pass and the server decided to come and let us know that we were not in her section so she would not serve us. Finally another waiter came by to ask if anyone had helped us which we told her no and all she said was ok and walked away. At that point we decided to leave after waiting 15 minutes and no one helping us.The service in this location is HORRIBLE, would not recommend ANYONE to go to this chilis
