Lemon Tree Café - Juneau

After a long day of whale watching and exploring Mendenhall Glacier, I was in the mood for some warm and comforting pho. We certainly chose the right spot. My chicken noodle soup was incredibly fragrant, served piping hot, and packed with flavor—there was an abundance of chicken! My husband ordered the spicy pork noodle soup and asked for additional spice. He remarked that it was delicious and perfectly seasoned. We’re thrilled to have discovered this family-owned café, which was just a short walk from our ship.

The last time I had lettuce in my pho was in Vietnam, and this place gets it just right. The broth is amazing. It's truly a hidden gem in a city filled with tourist traps.

After moving from Maryland and then Washington, I found it quite challenging to locate good food here. However, this restaurant truly deserves a 5-star rating. It stands out compared to many places down south. The customer service and food are both top-notch – A+ all around!

Pleasantly surprised at how tasteful the pho was. Cruise ship stop, have to search out for pho wherever I travel, and this felt like a home town hole in the wall pho joint. Not a ton of menu options but it works for this small business. If you ever find yourself in Juneau and want some pho, try this place out!
