The esfirra itself is tasty, but the sweet one disappointed me. In the image from Ifood, there are two chocolates cut in half, and for me it arrived with the middle completely broken, there was barely any filling, for the price they should have done more. Food: 3 Service: 5

Ridiculous... everything is going to work out and they serve the customer like rubbish... they simply canceled my order without notifying me and I was here waiting, as we agreed that the delivery would take a while... When I call to complain they simply don't want to listen to the customer... and I was still being polite... Come and tell me that they tried to contact you via phone, app ridiculous. They are not doing serious work. Good food and disrespectful and terrible service.

Great option for esfihas in the Rua do Retiro region. Only for pickup/delivery, no area available for on-site consumption. Esfiha is good but the service is rubbish, I ordered via iFood, I tried to call there, the attendant spoke for just a moment and then the late order via iFood disappeared with no response via chat over the phone child crying, hungry and with no idea when the irresponsible people will show signs of life Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
