Scooter's Coffee - Junction City

I really like Scooters, but my experience can vary depending on the location. Unfortunately, this particular one isn't the best. On some days, my mocha blender tastes fantastic, while other times it’s rather bland. Also, one of the staff members could certainly benefit from a more cheerful attitude.

The restaurant offers an extensive variety of hot and cold beverages, with numerous options for substitutions. The food quality is excellent, and I highly recommend the waffle breakfast sandwich. The staff is consistently friendly and eager to assist. Despite being a drive-thru, the service is impressively quick.

I always place my orders through the app, but it feels like I wait forever every time. They consistently forget my extra shot of espresso, which is really disappointing. I wish there was a better Scooter's in Jersey City. I'm just so frustrated with how long the entire process takes, especially when I can hear the staff joking around inside while I'm waiting at the window.

On my recent visits to this restaurant, my girlfriend's food has come out cold and even partially frozen in certain spots. Understandably, she hasn't been very happy about it!

I absolutely adore Scooter's! I used to go to Starbucks all the time, but now Scooter's has become my favorite place. There's a barista there—I'm not sure of her name—who is always so friendly and engaging while I'm waiting for my drink!
