Burger King - Junction City

My husband and I went through the drive through and sat there for 5-6 min and finally I had to say hello are u still open and a guy had answered and said we are nobody in line and then a female told us to pull around the front and we sat another 15 min before we received our food and then our food was cold . Poor customer service. Don't recommend this burger King to anyone !!!!!!

Took 5min for them to actually begin taking my order, then took them another 5min just to get my 3-item order down, then as I’m waiting at the window, I watch the guy make my drink food, then sit it on the counter NEXT TO THE WINDOW, then go back and make like 3 other orders BEFORE he came back to give me mine like 10-15min later ………it’s -10 degrees out here. And I just got off a 12hr shift, I I’m not spending 20-30min in the drive thru just to get some food. They lucky subway and sonic was closed for MLK hours.That’s just sad!

They were out of tomato, onion, ketchup, bbq sauce, fries, onion rings etc... I was not informed they were out of tomato and onion and I ordered a whopper so it only had lattice mayo and pickle on it they also forgot my cheese it as an overall terrible experience

New owners and a lot more lively staff. It was getting to where it was not enjoyable to come in and eat. I would get my food and go. The new manager was pleasant and you could hear the banter of the staff was upbeat. Keep doing what you are doing. The Whopper is still a deal in fast food. You hear so much about people spending $15 for a meal at McDonald's in places. I hope Burger King keeps up the good work.

It's called a Swiss mushroom melt not a medium rare cheddar mushroom melt. Replace your soda canisters. Ordered nuggets not a burger.
