Domino's Pizza Kalva Chok - Jūnāgadh

Domino's Junagadh was a great place for all pizza lovers once upon a time. Now the services are not good at all. Staff not having even a slightest of knowledge about any offers and they don't even know how to use their own app. I wouldn't recommend Domino's Junagadh to anyone anymore.. Highly disappointing..

Poor place, swipe machine not working, wash room is too much dirty, no tissue in wash room. Even Floor is not clean. Hell of hectic. Making pizza dow without gloves. Here atteching a photo of pizza, how they cut it. Local person who are selling pizza in rikshow they can cut better than this. This much big franchise must not be like this. Shame on DOMINO. Again the same on 05 06 22 I have visited your junagadh outlet today for dinner. I have worst experience of visiting a big franchise like domino. Place is not clean Few lights are not working Chairs are not in good condition (Broken/ tared leather/ unstable sitting) Sofa is not not in good condition also Staff is not wearing mask properly Front door/Glasses are too dirty Many other things Must audit And Must rectify these requests ro domino managementm

Domino's Pizza has been absolutely delightful experience on every visit!! They serve best in class Pizza. In Junagadh, it is one the best place for quick bites. Although they have much space and sitting arrangements, they are bit slow in delivering inside the cafe/restaurant. I have been here for multiple times now but the atmosphere remains same(enjoyable). I recommend you to try out their Peppy Paneer Pizza and Burger pizza!! They have good parking space so no issues for parking. Also, you can grab best offers using their application!!

I ordered Farmhouse pizza and I told them I wanted to change one topping to another because you can do this in Domino's but they didn't do it! And the lady at counter was talking rudely to the customers and it looked like they had no idea what they were doing and I chose cheese burst at the crust but it was so bad, the cheese wasn't even present properly on the pizza and the pizza was so bad, I usually like Domino's Farmhouse as it's my go to pizza and I went here and it was by far the one of the worst pizzas I ever ate! And staff wasn't nice either!

I normally receive excellent customer service and good pizza every time I order from this location. Tonight there was only one person working who appeared to be stressed, overworked and overwhelmed as she made my pizza wrong the first time. It was perfectly well done but wrong toppings. I was very patient and didn't complain. I waited for her to make the second pizza and although the toppings were perfect the pizza was burnt (I asked for well done but not burnt). I observed her making my second pizza, placing it back in the oven mid way and leaving it at the end of the oven for some minutes as she made someone else's order. Now I can't say this is why it was burnt.
