Alicia Estate Winery & Restaurant

Lovely couple Alicia and Joseph made us very welcome for lunch today. My wife has the trout which she absolutely loved, fell off the bone and delicious. I had roast pork which was also delicious. Big portions! We also had crumbed deep fried camambert, again...delicious. Joseph cooks from scratch using fresh local produce and it's definitely worth the wait. Nice German beer and a selection of wines.

Exceptional European food. The owners, both chefs run front of house and kitchen. We had the chicken schnitzel, goulash, prawn salad and strudels. 10/10 for all. Perfectly cooked. This is a hidden gem. The decor is on point, think boutique ski chalet. Will be back.

The restaurant serves very elegant and traditional European cuisine, with dishes freshly prepared by Alicia and expertly crafted by Jacob in the kitchen.

The restaurant had a stunning ambiance, excellent service from the hostess, delicious food and wine, and generously sized portions. My friend and I had a wonderfully relaxed and leisurely lunch experience.

The service was excellent, the food was excellent as well, and we couldn't finish everything (but we saved some room for apfelstrudel!). The wine was great, the Irish coffee was fantastic, and it was nice to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. The dishes were prepared and served by passionate people who truly care about what they do. This was our second visit, and we will definitely be back before our trip to New Zealand.
