Contribuiți la feedbackI had a delicious dinner here in 2016. I wanted to go back. not disappointed. my host sister pampered us with a bottle of chardonnay – and three appetizers. one was their special bark shoots. yummy. wife and I had the ahi, grilled rarely as we like it, and served with sweet. this place is a jewel in small julian. we would have been denied with our puppies outside, but we wanted to leave the dog and eat inside. kabeljau bleu chef is jeremy manley, and he is a good one. two up!
Try devil on Horseback Appetizers. my pork dinner was wonderful. also chicken carving and chicken cordon bleu was delicious. they must have the carrot cake!
If you want exceptional restaurants, visit jeremy’s on the hill in julian ca san diego county. this charming restaurant offers creations by cordon bleu chef jeremy. he and his team make her eat unforgettable. we recently celebrated a special double birthday party with family and friends, some travel from orange county. all our guests were impressed by the quality of eating and the wine list. there is also a bar for additional beverage preferences. to complete this image, her personal is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. they go with an incredible feeling that they want to return soon.
My wife and I, with great joy, have kept up with jeremys. we came to our reservation time of 7:30 and were immediately accompanied to our table. we were aware that jeremy was a pariser cordon blue trained cook, and had great hopes for the evening. we brought our own bottle of wine and placed it prominently in the middle of our table. our waitress went several times from our table, but did not greet us or made eye contact. at some point she approached, took her pad out and said what I can get for you. for a second I was at mel’s diner and not at this type of facility. I pointed out our bottle, after a few glasses and asked some water. she then said we had to order our escapes within 12 minutes. immediately our hopes of having a cozy glass wein with a starter were overthrown. we ordered a starter and of course our escapes as instructed. the appetizer that was wrapped in speck were lukewarm. a few minutes later our escapes were released, even before our appetizers were deleted. So we had to give her our tellers so that she could put our escapes on the table. the kartoffels of my wife were lukewarm on the cold side. my French fries were a baptism of nubs, obviously what remained at the bottom of the fritt. I think I had three complete pommes. I'll say the steaks were great. our waitress quickly picked up our teller and brought us the scary, although we had not asked. I watched my watch and it was 20:05. we were hurried by a $100.00, 30 minutes of meal, and that is not a ray ray episode. this is a device that is guided by a cordon bleu-trained cook. we all have days, and we hope that this is only anomaly. we only hope that they, jeremy, not only rest on their laurels. pay attention to their employees who want to quickly get off at cost of their customers. do not make 7:30 reservations if they cannot offer their customers the right experience. good luck!
As great as the day it opened. We were here the year it opened and it was fantastic! We had dinner over the weekend after a drive through Julian and again ....AMAZING. The kale/butternut squash was delicious-o! The ahi perfectly seared. Everything, even down to the table bread, was the best and such a treat! Keep up the phenomenal job!
