Order made online and paid, but no food is maintained over an hour. In response to telephone demand, the order was not received, but immediately after the call the order was canceled by e-mail, so we had to go after our money for weeks and finally pick it up in the pizzeria itself, where it was then almost unofficially given to us and we were still shouted. Previous orders were often delivered for over an hour delivery time and telephone requests. The last thing we ordered there. That's not how you deal with customers.
