Very kind staff and excellent dinner. the spa would need some improvements! Overall satisfied!

In a totally extraordinary circumstance, we decided to come to eat in this place. we were looking for a quiet place and at the same time that would walk in the name of tradition. we need to talk about particular topics and so we need tranquility and at the same time good food. the gabella is certainly one of the best places in absolute, located in the heart of the valley a few minutes from the usual chaotic citizen movement. on this occasion we took some dishes, good, rich and nutritious. from the first, or a great risotto of the house, the classic recipe of the grandmother whose grandparents of the owners are guaranteed. While my commensale has opted for a regional classic, that is the right. a difficult preparation dish due to the necessary tools for its preparation, so there is no better place than taking advantage of the good preparation of a restaurant. and this restaurant responds well to this type of question. to finish a great dessert of the house, that is the tiramisu. we both opted for this solution under my deep advice because I know very well this extraordinary dish. the tiramisu of the gabella is one of the best in the valley, both in terms of goto and preparation. dinner was accompanied by a bottle of natural water, unfortunately having to drive it was not possible to consume more lively drinks. We'll be back!

I was here with a friend to spend a few hours relaxing in the spa, we were lucky because there was no internal reservation so we took advantage of the location practically in private form! showers sauna and pool ok, beautiful environment, sin for outdoor pool closed with a kind of greenhouse. they want to stop at lunch but having already left the chef, there were prepared some sandwiches with salami and yogurt with cereals. price ok, typical nice environment, friendly staff!

Very confortable, friendly service and nice food

Uniquely beautiful. The vaulted cellar as a restaurant is simply worth seeing. The food is so delicious, indescribable. The staff friendly, polite, but not intrusive
