Le Bistro d'Arlot - Joué-lés-Tours

Now, we travel from North UK back to Spain and have tried to find a place to have dinner. what a great place. we are not easy as we travel with our 2 female labors dogs (good behavior) but difficult to find a place...for 4 of us. Dinner was absolutely great, and service top chain. highly recommended if they are in the opposite.

I ate here three times during my stay in joue le tours and I was impressed at each occasion. if the service was more relaxed and more effective, this restaurant could get a Michelin torch. as it is, the menu is fantastic, the waiters are attentive, and the baba is to die (they leave them as much as they want).

That comes to make the name of arlot, in this canteen, I must confess, that I probably have, of the wrong fall:I opted, for the formula from noon to 19 euros: entry: velvet carrot/celeri/crème, ok, why not?, a velvet, which had no flavor. Then, grilled chicken/patatoes (singles weird?), then it's the comble: half roasted chicken! (low-class chicken!), a thigh of good chicken farmer, would have sufficed! and, an agreed dessert, based on cream whipped and strawberry, and fluffed (a scary one, I think!) a very medium service, not very friendly...The waitress told me that on Wednesday it was chicken/frites! I thought I was "bad pedestal" at least for me, it won't be for tomorrow, that I'll be back.

Efficient restaurant for lunch in business meals even if a little expensive. The kitchen is well executed on simple dishes.

I'm glad this leader came back to Tours. He continues to seduce us with dishes that tell stories. A happiness!
