Great food and service, and nobody rammed the building with a car, so all in all, a great experience.

Always love stoping by for a treat on the way home. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The employees are awesome here, the restaurant is clean, and the food was hot.

I have been in Joshua for 39 years and always had very good service and polite service at the Dairy Queen, but tonight changed. The person working in the window was not polite, should not be working in front of people as customer service.

The overwhelming majority of interactions with the establishment's personnel have been characterized by an exemplary level of professionalism and unwavering courtesy. It is with some reservation that I relay a solitary instance in which a member of the staff regrettably exhibited conduct that fell short of the expected standard. However, I am inclined to extend a degree of understanding, considering the palpable strain evident amidst the tumultuous influx of patrons. It merits acknowledgement that the prevailing clientele, on more than one occasion, presented an elevated level of exacting demands. Nevertheless, these occasional blemishes aside, the overarching customer experience has remained favorable, and I remain appreciative of the relentless commitment displayed by the diligent Dairy Queen team of Joshua Texas.
