First, my order was handed to me without any verbal acknowledgment, which made me feel uncertain about whether the transaction was complete. This lack of basic communication left me confused, unsure if I should drive off or wait for more items. When I tried to seek clarification from the employee at the window, my efforts were met with silence, which only added to my discomfort. The way my meal was presented further compounded my disappointment. It lacked attention to detail, which significantly detracted from its visual appeal and my overall anticipation of enjoying it. Additionally, I was disappointed with the small amount of fried okra I received, which was just a few scattered pieces. I had hoped for a more generous serving, which only added to my disillusionment. I truly appreciate the hard work of fast food employees, who often deal with challenging conditions. However, this visit unfortunately fell short of the standards I typically associate with the Chicken Express in Joshua. In conclusion, I look forward to experiencing improved customer service and better food quality in future drive-thru visits. These enhancements would greatly enrich the overall experience and reaffirm my belief that positive change is possible, resulting in more satisfying visits in the future.

Very poorly ran and managed! Not quite sure any of the employees knew what they were doing. It was uncomfortably hot inside!
