Very nice place, delicious dessert and cozy atmosphere there.

Very poor experience. Would not recommend it. Saw the display on my way to the main square and decided to give it a try. I ordered the small pancakes with chocolate sauce. Was not good. The total number of the pancakes was fine but there was no taste. Also, I was expecting them to be prepared on the spot, but it turned out the were pre-cooked and were put in the microwave oven before it was served. Therefore, not fresh. The chocolate sauce was too watery and it all stayed at the bottom of the plate. Very mild flavour. Not worth the extra €1.

We stopped by at this shop and I ordered hot chocolate. They asked if I wanted large or normal size and I said large. I was schocked and angry when they served me HOT CHOCOLATE IN A PLASTIC CUP with a straw. And the cup was already starting to melt! We took it back to counter and said why did they put it in plastic cup. They said they have no Large Mug and just put another plastic cup over it. I mean are you on your right mind!? You asked if a customer wants Large and you don't have mug and put it in plastic cup!? UNBELIEVABLE. ~This was 3years ago.

The churros were terrible and overprized. It wasn’t fresh eventhough I asked. The staff was somewhat friendly but for the patries I will never go again.

Great location found thanks to Google Maps. Plenty of choice from cakes, to ice cream to coffees. We opted for a few ice creams and a smoothie, with the latter made from fresh. There are about 3/4 tables at the rear of the building which do go quickly, we managed to get one of these. Price wise, very good as it is in a tourist destination. We paid €12 for everything which is a bargain in Amsterdam
