Chinese Boys - Joppatowne

The food is good, but for some reason, their egg rolls keep getting smaller, especially when it comes to the meat in their duck dishes.

This restaurant was really good when it first opened, but now it seems to have declined. The delivery has become unreliable—sometimes they remember to send my order, and other times they don't. When that happens, the owner gets quite upset, which isn't helpful. If customers choose to dine here, they are taking a risk, and if they are dissatisfied with the food, service, or delivery mistakes, they just have to deal with it. There seems to be a lack of concern for customer satisfaction!

The rice was quite bland with no texture, and it tasted old and dry. My delivery took over an hour to arrive, but if the food had been good, I wouldn’t have minded as much. The name "New" really fits the experience.
