Under Cliff Bar & Grill - Joplin

This place is unique, it is actually built into an Under Cliff, very cool, the Undercliff sets out in the country, if you or your kids like trains, you are sure to see one sometime during your meal, my favorite meal is their pork chop with the salad , they also make an awesome Reuben the Undercliff is a popular place , we have had to wait for a table inside , if it's a nice day the patio is a fun place to sit and enjoy the view of the country side, If I were a selfish person , I would keep this place a secret, but it's such a neat place I can't help sharing..you need to check out this place, good food , cool place, nice people

Ordered the double patty burger with bacon. The patty was evenly seasoned and juicy. The buns were lightly toasted. The bacon was not overdone and had the perfect amount of give. The fries were perfectly battered and seasoned. The staff was friendly and well-mannered. The use of the QR code to pay allows for the server to continue tending to diners rather than being tied down to the register, which I enjoyed. The cave scenery gives it an old miner shake feel and smell that makes it cozy. Parking: There is plenty of parking by the tracks and off the main road. Be careful, however, it is located on a bend that cars like to speed through. Traffic is low though, so this a minor issue.
