Fred Red's - Joplin

They were extremely nice, and everything was affordably priced and made to order. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. We were really glad we chose to eat here. I highly recommend this place for great food and service, along with its historical aspect, conveniently located right on the main road in Joplin. The chili was fantastic, my friends enjoyed it, and the burgers were the best I've ever had. The tamales were incredibly delicious, and my daughter gave it two thumbs up. The staff was the sweetest and friendliest. If you're looking for a good meal that won’t break the bank, definitely stop by and give it a try. We loved it!

We highly recommend Fred Red's, whether you choose to use the drive-thru or dine in. We enjoyed the spaghetti, cheeseburger, fries, grilled cheese, and root beer. I really love the atmosphere, especially the bar-style seating at the counter. The staff is incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. You won't be disappointed!

I've been a fan of this restaurant since my teenage years, and I've brought my family here, and we all adore it. It brings a wonderful sense of nostalgia. The food is of very high quality, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is entertaining.

They see this place on the Ozark episode of anthony bourdain, and when we were in the opposite, we thought we would try! I think we came to the opening and the place filled quickly! the staff and the locals were very friendly. very simple and unique menu! I ordered the half and my son ordered the overload, which a larger part of tamäuse with spaghetti topped with a meat-based chili sauce and then we have served it with something parmesan and hot sauce! with a side of pickles and wobble! interesting combination but we both really enjoyed it!

My son and I came in around 3p on a Thursday. Wait staff was the best! The local patrons only enhanced our time there. Quintessential diner experience! Props to the whole crew, you gals and guys rock!! And a big thank you EVERYONE keeping American diners, (AMAZING CHILI), alive and well for a dad and 5yr old Jr. to stroll in on a mid Thurs afternoon and soak up some truly authentic AMERICANA. Glad to see Joplin Strong!
