Downstream Casino Resort - Joplin

My wife and I dined here during a holiday weekend, and the place was bustling with activity. We had a great time gaming and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. We both ended up losing $20, but it was still more affordable than going to the movies. What impressed me the most was how diligently the staff sanitized each slot machine after use. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

The casino is stunning and has plenty of space. The games are well organized and not crowded together. Unfortunately, the buffet didn't live up to its price, and other diners expressed similar sentiments while chatting at their tables. Our waiter was very attentive and responsive to our needs. I noticed that the grill section of the buffet was closed, so I asked the cook if it would be opening soon, and he confirmed that it would not.

The concert was fantastic, but the parking situation was a nightmare. Traffic was heavily backed up, and there were no clear exits when we were leaving. I ended up having to park in a field, which took a long time. It took over an hour just to get out of the field, and I still had to navigate through the blocked-off parking area. It took longer to leave than the concert itself!

I absolutely loved my experience! The staff responded promptly to all our questions and were incredibly informative, clearly prepared to perform their duties efficiently. The atmosphere remained clean even after a busy afternoon, and the employees were not only friendly but also quite helpful throughout the evening, making us feel very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

The restaurant offers complimentary fountain drinks and features an excellent poker room. The staff is friendly, and the food is enjoyable. It's conveniently located at the intersection of four states. There's also a great gas station nearby that sells a variety of unique flavors and even ground bison. What more could you ask for?
