Cicis Pizza - Joplin

Today is Thursday October 13, 2022. I came in a little after 7 and there was not a lot of people in the store to begin with. The staff was awesome. I was a very needy customer asking for special pizzas to be made and fresh desserts. Not once did they act as if I was a burden. They filled every request I threw at them and seemed happy to do so. I have not seen employees truly happy to serve others like this in quite some time. It is getting harder and harder to find the act of selflessness because many are to selfish and only care about there own happiness instead of finding joy in serving others. Please thank your team that worked this night because they truly earned it!!!

I visited on December 7th with a large group, and I want to highlight how accommodating the staff was despite the busyness of the restaurant. They promptly addressed all my special requests with a cheerful attitude, making me feel welcome rather than like a burden. I also encountered an issue with the playroom, and the manager was incredibly kind and quick to assist us without any hesitation. It was clear that the lady manager treated her employees well, fostering a positive work environment where they seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Please extend my thanks to all the staff and let them know to keep up the great work!

I really love Cicis, and most of the food is usually great, but unfortunately, this time the Mac and Cheese pizza was undercooked in the middle. It's my favorite, and this has disappointed me after so many years. I was really sad about it.

This restaurant consistently delivers a great experience. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and they ensure that the pizza at the buffet is top-notch.

There was no fresh pizza at the buffet for about 10 to 20 minutes. The only one on the buffet was a few different slices of pizza. A customer connected to the manager asked for a special request pizza. The customer has two pizzas. Had to ask for cheese bread. It was ready to sit on the floor oven that was turned off. There was only one oven. Also had to be asked for cinnamon rolls.
