Saucy Dog's Barbeque - Jonesville

Food was ah. After reading reviews I guess I got my expectations up too high. Bbq sauces are nothing special. The spicy tastes like straight jalapeños. The macaroni is so disappointing. Idk if you can say you do good bbq if your Mac sucks. The cheese tastes like box velveeta or cheese wiz. The chicken was dry but cooked well. The pulled pork was the best thing there. Brisket was boring. The curly fries were baked, whats up with that. I can do that at home LOL. And lastly, the restaurant smells musky, like old carpet and mold. You'd think it would smell like meat right. Overall, staff were nice, lots of young kids. The bill wasn't too bad and it was food. Will I drive all this way to come again, hard no. But atleast I tried somewhere new today

Food was pretty good. Did the 2 meat combo bbq chicken and pulled pork. Baked beans and coleslaw. Also did the fried brisket wrap. Had it with mac and cheese instead of chips.
