The Krab Hut - Jonesboro

I had a decent experience, but I found the crabs to be quite small, and I don't think they were worth the $23 for the combo with two crabs. I also ordered fries, but they arrived cold, and I felt there should have been more of them. It took a long time for the fries to be served, so I ended up canceling that order. However, the manager kindly removed the charge from my bill after I mentioned it to the waitress. Despite the busy atmosphere and limited staff, our waitress remained attentive and friendly. I felt bad that they were stretched so thin, but she handled everything well. We made sure to tip her generously for her efforts.

I visited on a Monday afternoon, expecting it to be quiet, but to my surprise, it was quite bustling. Although I was new to the place, my waitress Tasha was exceptionally patient, friendly, and attentive. The bartender prepared fantastic drinks and ensured that everything we had was to our liking. We truly felt like royalty there, as we were able to indulge in everything we desired (of course, it came at a price, but it was reasonable). We enjoyed margaritas, tequila shots, and Corona beer for our drinks, along with calamari for appetizers. I also cooked the lobster.

The food was fantastic! We enjoyed shrimp and snow crab legs seasoned with Cajun spices. I also tried the lemon pepper steamed oysters, which were delicious! The service was efficient and prompt. Our server, Jaden, was wonderful! The peach lemon drop martini was a hit as well!

This is my second time here. The food was wonderful and the service was even better. Tasha was my server. She made SURE I didn’t need anything during my visit. The whole team, including the manager, walked around to check on the guests. It was a delight to see real customer service!!! Great job team!!! See you soon
